- Lead audience development initiatives to increase listenership and engagement across all platforms.
- Cultivate strong relationships with media, influencers, and other potential partners to boost brand visibility and audience growth.
- Analyse market trends and listener data to inform marketing decisions, adapting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Work closely with our production teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all content.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.
- Provide mentorship and support to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and audience insights to our client stakeholders.
- Proven track record in marketing, particularly within the media, entertainment, or podcasting industry.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Hours and Salary Range:

The role includes the usual working days from Monday to Friday, with the potential for occasional travel.
