    Audience Development/Campaign Executive - Financial Services - Hybrid (3 days in London) - Permanent - Up to £50k

    Our client is seeking an audience engagement professional to help lead the growth and engagement of their audience within the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for challenging the way the company's audience communications are implemented across both traditional and innovative multi-channel engagement channels. You will be tasked with growing the company's exclusive membership and obtaining key audience engagement for market data intelligence.

    Day to day responsibilities:


    • Reporting into the Head of Marketing, support in overseeing all communication to the company's audience through all available outreach channels, including website, email, social media, PPC, client affiliates and any partnerships with relevant organisations and industry portals;


    • Reporting into the Head of Marketing, support setting the long-term strategy for maximising all audience development and engagement, targeting techniques, and determine the success and continue growth of channels;


    • Building relationships and identifying relevant segment-specific new leads to grow the database of professionals in UK and Europe, managing your agenda to secure face-to-face meetings, identifying market trends/ideas, maintaining contact via phone/email/social media to build strong relationships;


    • Working with members to develop ideas for features, engaging our audience(s) to contribute with editorial collaborations, writing features, interviewing key financial experts on and off camera;


    • Using the information gathered through meetings, highlight areas for potential projects to improve the services to engage our audience(s) online and at F2F events;


    • Promoting events, publications, and website

    This is an important role for the organisation and the successful person will have sufficient proven experience in a content marketing/communication/audience engagement role, ideally with experience from a financial services publisher/media background. You will be familiar with marketing automation software (e.g., Hubspot/Active Campaign/Act-On/Pardot) and ideally, experience of working with enterprise CMS platforms. You will be adept at the implementation of marketing automation to create campaigns to nurture new members and the creation of highly personalised, useful content that helps convert prospects to engaged users.
