- Supporting the Boutique Manager and leading a team of 2 Supervisors and 15-20 Sales Consultants
- Demonstrating exceptional client services and meeting all targets and KPIs
- Training and developing the sales team while overseeing store operations and administration
- Organizing networking events to promote the store and ensuring top-notch store presentation
- Collaborating with head office and maintaining a security-conscious environment
- Must have 2 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager in luxury fine watches/jewelry or fashion/hospitality
- Knowledge of luxury watches & fine jewelry is a plus
- Proven success in sales and mentoring a team of 15+ staff
- Highly motivated and commercially minded with excellent people management skills
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills in English, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to attend networking events after work to enhance store relationships

Join our client, an international heritage brand with over 130 years in the industry specializing in luxury fine watches & jewelry. As they expand their UK presence, they need someone to be the right hand to the Boutique Manager and drive the sales team to success.
