    Brand Ambassador:


    •Embody the Brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA.


    •Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the brand.


    •Ensure that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall back-office process are dealt with accordingly.


    •Work with all internal and external stakeholders (contractors, staff, clients), with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approach.


    •Actively suggest store activations and events to drive footfall to the store.

    General Store VM / Client Management:


    •Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all visual guidelines.


    •Maintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times.


    •Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all times.


    •Build relationships with clients to develop loyal clientele to reach sales objectives.


    •Proactively tackle and resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.


    •Motivate and develop client advisors in clientelling and customer service.

    Sales/ Business Monitoring:


    •Assist in tracking, monitoring and communicating sales targets and KPIs.


    •Ensure stock loss is minimised by conducting monthly rotative inventories, participating in bi annual stock takes and maintaining stockroom standards.


    •Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of consultants' sales techniques to maximise sales.


    •Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff – research where needed product information by liaising with relevant departments.


    •Keep up to date with the fashion industry and market trends.

    Team Management /Back Office:


    •Support the Store Manager in creating, supervising and managing the team (3 people).


    •Partner with the Store Manager on how to handle all employee issues.


    •Support the Store Manager in setting up: Morning Briefing, one to one meetings.


    •Lead the team through regular briefings, objective setting, training and direct coaching together with the Store Manager.


    •Create a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.


    •Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to.


    •Instruct and manage staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns.


    •Assist in store operations including daily & weekly and monthly reconciliation reports to Head Office


    •Ensure cash banking is carried out accurately on a weekly basis or where required.


    •Evaluate the performance of each Sales Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results.


    •Responsible for the day to day needs of the business and administration.

    Process Management:


    •Handle store packaging orders.


    •Ensure the correct development of the cycle counts and yearly inventory.


    •Take all the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the products and valuable materials in the store.


    •Perform all store operational practices and procedures, work with timekeeping and scheduling system.


    •Ensure that all merchandise is properly received and placed on the floor.


    •Address any loss prevention and safety issues that may occur while on duty and bring any escalated concerns to management team


    •Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received


    •Organize and tidy up stocks


    •Check-in and handle transfers and stock adjustments.


    •Prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the warehouse, as well as handle all administrative parts.


    •Challenge existing processes to optimize efficiency and develop sales.


    •Actively use sales information to make business decisions regarding merchandising.


    •Organise weekly stock re-orders in the absence of the Store Manager.


    •Ensure that all the processes comply with legal, safety, internal requirements, and stock organization

    Profile:


    •Min. 5 years' Experience in sales in a premium or luxury, high fashion environment and managing people.


    •Passion for fashion and sales.


    •A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experience


    •Excellent personal presentation – Be a Brand Ambassador.


    •Understanding of Retail KPIs.


    •Significant experience in managing stock, administrative task.

    Organizational skills, time management.


    •Commitment to take part in an innovative project.

    •Ability to effectively and successfully lead and manage a team.


    •Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen.


    •A passion for customer service and sales floor focused.


    •Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.

    •Ability to establish a proactive approach in tackling issues and seek to identify and implement solutions.
