- Operational excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company's Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.
- You are passionate about Retail, in all of its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
- You have minimum 1 years of experience leading a team.
- You are flexible and available to work full-time.
- You stress the importance of customer centricity and you have a strong omnichannel orientation.
- You have a strong team spirit, great energy and team management skills
- You are a great communicator and decision-maker and are highly results-oriented.
- You encourage and promote curiosity, diversity and collaboration through your innovative mindset.
- You can speak fluent English. Any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

About the Role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to co-lead one of our Camper stores in London; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Camper Assistant Store Manager , your mission will be to work in partnership with the Store Manager in the execution of all store activities to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.
We're counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team's potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
