    Synergy Sports Coaching is a distinguished company recognised for its commitment to delivering high quality P.E, school sport, physical activity, and educational services.

    We are actively seeking a Primary P.E & School Sports Coach.
    The responsibilities of the role will include:
    Delivery of P.E lessons to pupils aged 4-11 within primary schools
    Delivery of CPD opportunities to primary school teachers
    Supporting the delivery of a broad and exciting extra-curricular activity programme
    Supporting the delivery of school holiday programmes of activity
    Conducting physical activity and fundamental movement skills baseline and impact assessments of pupils within primary schools
    Being able to safeguard children at all times
    Contribute to the overall ethos and working values of the organisation
    Contribute to raising standards by ensuring high expectations are shared with children
    Supervise and support pupils ensuring their safety, by complying with good H&S practice
    Support teachers and coaches in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate
    Attend training sessions as required for CPD purposes

    An excellent verbal and written communicator.
    Able to plan, organise and facilitate high quality P.E and sports lessons.
    Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
    Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
    Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
    A team player that demonstrates strong leadership qualities.


    Desirable Qualifications &Experience:
    Degree within a relevant field
    Level 3 in Supporting the Delivery of P.E and School Sport (this can be provided)
    NGB Level 2 Coaching Qualification
    Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Physical Education
    Experience of working within a Primary School setting
    Experience of independently delivery a variety of sessions
