    As a B2B Campaigns Telesales Executive, you'll step into a role filled with opportunities for growth and development.

    Your main responsibility will involve proactively engaging with extensive network of valued clients to enhance their knowledge of the Addison Lee suite of services, through our innovative digital marketing campaigns.

    This role is based at our head office in Paddington (Mon-Fri 9am – 5:30pm)
    4 days in Office 1 day work from home.
    Sales Manager

    This role focuses on voice-initiated client engagement to re-activate lapsed accounts, drive revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and heighten general awareness of Addison Lee products and services.


    • Following up specific digital marketing campaigns by calling and cold-calling where necessary existing clients promoting a range of AL products and services.
    • Persuasively engaging the customer in conversation to explain how AL services will add value and meet their needs for ground transportation services.
    • Maintain detailed notes on CRM tool to support key performance reporting.
    • Ensure data hygiene in the CRM tool for all clients engaged with.
    • Engagement with other Addison Lee business units to ensure client satisfaction
    • Generating leads and appointments for the sales team
    Results orientated approach, with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales- based targets.

    • Focused on individual performance and success.
