We are happy to accept applications from teachers or deputies/assistant headteachers who are already pursuing a NPQH qualification. The successful candidate will have:
    • outstanding management and leadership qualities with the enthusiasm to develop
    • a commitment to the highest standards in learning, teaching, attainment and pupil behaviour and wellbeing
    • dedication to developing administrative, financial and organisational skills
    • an ability to work with staff, governors, parents and other stakeholders to ensure the best for all pupils in the school
    • enthusiasm for maintaining and further developing the close links that exist between the school and its community
    • a willingness to promote the Welsh language and its culture
