    Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities Act ontechnical supportand customer inquiries via phone and email.
    Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
    Conductsoftwareandhardware testing.
    Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
    Provide accurate information to customers and log feedback on the CRM.
    Technical Support Engineer Skills & Experience Required Working knowledge ofelectronicsandIT/networking.
    Minimum two years' experience inTechnical Support.
    Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
    Ability to build and maintain relationships.
    Fluency in French or Spanish is desirable.
