    Overview of the role:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated lead generation analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the lead generation process identifying potential customers, and nurturing leads to support the growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and marketing to contribute to the success of a renowned brand in the construction equipment industry.

    Responsibilities:

    · Be the main point of contact for lead management, analytics and the key tools used to manage these.

    · Work closely with the Head of Customer First to develop and evaluate lead conversion, tool function and campaign success.

    · Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on lead generation performance and market insights.

    · Monitor and analyse lead generation performance metrics, including conversation rates, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

    · Work with the dealer network to ensure consistent and professional follow up of leads generated.

    · Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define target customer profiles and tailor lead generation efforts to meet business objectives.

    · Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and challenges.

    · Evaluate and analyse performance of spend on campaigns using Google Analytics.

    About you:

    · Proven experience in lead generation, data analytics, or marketing analytics.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Analytics.

    · Familiarity with CRM systems, and lead management tools.

    · Experience in sales management is advantageous.

    · Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and technique.

    · Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and business needs.
