- Lead and execute the financial strategy

- Have involvement in the Finance recruitment process.
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent financial and business acumen
- Ability to drive financial performance and growth
- An estimated salary range of £52,000 - £60,500 per annum
