Our client, based in Hertfordshire
, is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the CEO on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the UK's largest independent forecourt dealers with over 900 locations.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary for the position is between £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Provide support to the CEO by managing their diary, coordinating networking events, book rooms, arrange travel and take minutes in meetings
  • Ensure smooth running of the office; order office supplies, manage couriers, maintain health and safety and keep certificates up to date
  • Support with the daytoday running of the organisation by liasing with thrid parties where neccessary
  • Organise client entertainment events; including bookings venues, caterers, and sending invitations
  • Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives including mail out

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Use of diary managment
  • Experience of booking travel arrangments
