    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team. This role is integral to supporting the efficient functioning of our senior leadership, ensuring they can focus on strategic initiatives and high-priority tasks. If you are incredibly well-organised, you thrive on detail and are always one step ahead of the game with the ability to be proactive rather than reactive.     Key Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management:

    • Maintain and coordinate complex calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

    Meeting Coordination:

    • Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation. Ensure meeting rooms are set up appropriately and assist with any technical requirements

    Travel Arrangements:

    • Coordinate travel logistics for senior leaders, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries

    Expense Management:

    • Track and reconcile expenses for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

    Confidentiality:

    • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining trust and professionalism at all times

    Special Projects:

    • Work as part of a team of EAs and provide cover and help as requested by other members of that team
    • Undertake special assignments and ad hoc tasks as required by senior leadership, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team goals.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Experience of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment for multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrated willingness to check and respond to communications and requests outside of office hours, may be required
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and confidential matters
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
