- Maintain and coordinate complex calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation. Ensure meeting rooms are set up appropriately and assist with any technical requirements
- Coordinate travel logistics for senior leaders, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries
- Track and reconcile expenses for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining trust and professionalism at all times
- Work as part of a team of EAs and provide cover and help as requested by other members of that team
- Undertake special assignments and ad hoc tasks as required by senior leadership, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team goals.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment for multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated willingness to check and respond to communications and requests outside of office hours, may be required
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
