    Operating Model Consultant

    Basic Information:
    • National Salary - Approximately £80k
    • London Salary - Around £95k


    Job Description:

    Do you have a passion for operating models and organization design? Are you experienced in working with large, complex organizations? We are looking for commercially minded individuals to help us drive our business strategy forward. As an Operating Model Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leaders in developing and implementing effective operating models to achieve our strategic goals.



    Responsibilities:

    • Assist CEOs and senior leaders in aligning business strategy with organizational structure
    • Conduct workforce transformation initiatives to enhance future capabilities
    • Create executive-level reports and presentations for board meetings
    • Facilitate workshops to drive change and promote transformation


    Key Requirements:

    • Prior experience in organization design, workforce transformation, or business architecture
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Ability to communicate financial implications of business decisions
    • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
    • Experience connecting people strategies with business outcomes
