    Beauty Business Manager - London, United Kingdom - The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

    If you enjoy having total accountability for managing an agile business plan and recruiting & retaining customers through superior customer relationship management & strategic targeting, then this could be the perfect role for you.

    As Counter Manager, you will bring this in-store experience to life through your flair for business planning and leadership of a high performing team.

    You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the counter and ensure all your team are aligned in the Brand vision.

    Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
    Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
    Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
    Flexible availability across days/hours.
