    Description
    Plan, schedule and coordinate finished goods and assemblies through the production cycle. At times may consult with senior peers on certain projects.
    Global customer demand data analysis and forecast projections.

    • MPS forecast upload and data maintenance.
    • Support SIOP process by gathering the required data. Prepare statistical analysis of Sales, Inventory, and other data.
    • Create presentation to conduct SIOP monthly meetings to improve revenue, on time performance and inventory forecasting.
    • Analyze Supply vs Demand to optimize Supply Chain strategy.
    • Identify supply and demand issues (gaps to plan), identify scenarios to mitigate, and prepare recommendations for senior leadership review.

    Ability to analyze data and create reports which accurately reflect the state of the business.

    • Bilingual Spanish and English
    • Expertise with statistics and data
    • Up to 10% global travel (Able to travel to Mexico, USA, Europe, Asia)
    • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters' Degree
    4+ years' experience in Customer demand and production control planning

    • Change Management/ADKAR training.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Outlook

    • Experience leading demand teams using forecast accuracy and bias with statistical data to drive improved customer forecast accuracy and optimized inventory.
    • Expertise in data analysis and presenting to senior leaders
