What You'll Do:


Cross Channel and Branded Content is a creative, multi-skilled team of production experts, creating content for the modern media world.

We produce a wide range of video and audio formats including short & long form, digital, social, live and audio/podcasts.

We are an extension of the IMG Media production unit, providing content services to the wider Endeavor network and direct to client.


We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our brilliant close-knit team, on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Chiswick Park.


Please note, there is some weekend / overnight work required, although this is rare and (primarily) concentrated to June, July, and September.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Provide general administrative support to the production team.
  • Liaise with and respond to clients as instructed.
  • Assist Production Coordinators with organising shoots, including booking freelancers and equipment, preparing call sheets, and obtaining visas, carnets, and permits.
  • Support the production team with obtaining signed agreements and further documents, as well as other shoot related responsibilities.
  • Assist Production Coordinators to look after travel arrangements for production staff and crews.
  • Assist Production Coordinators to coordinate the booking of edit suites, editors, and digitizing needs for content.
  • Complete post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets, archive lists, and scripts.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices. Raise, manage, and reconcile expenses.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in a production environment.
  • Highly organised
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of the English language and excellent grammar skills
  • Excellent client liaison skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Keenness to learn and take on more responsibility
