Region NCE SBU NCE Construction & Operations Offshore Project ComThe Offshore Execution team is anchored within the department of Installation & Commissioning NCE. The team consists of multiple sub-functions, each tasked to deliver Pre-Installation, Installation & Commissioning packages. By assignment to the offshore construction, you are responsible for leading the project execution scope.
To continuously develop our Commissioning Project Management team, strengthen our vision and growth plan we are looking for the next Offshore Commissioning Project Manager (CPM).
This is a role encompassing all aspects of Commissioning Project Management with a lead responsibility and accountability for health and well being, safety & environment compliance, programme delivery, commercial cost & control incl.

Support continuous growth and development of the Commissioning Management by supporting new initiatives and embracing change inwardly to the department and outwardly to our stakeholders
Experienced in Commissioning with a comprehensive grasp of mechanical, electrical, and marine engineering across various sectors, preferably offshore renewables but open to all industries
Previous experience overseeing medium to large-scale projects as a project/site manager, managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving environments
Possess project management expertise (e.g., Familiarity with interpreting diverse HSE legislation at local and international levels, ensuring adherence to legal and contractual requirements across standards, norms, codes of practice, and guidance
Extensive expertise in hazardous energy control standards and safe work system principles, specifically in alignment with EN50110-1&2, the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR)
Proficient in essential PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Primavera or MS Project and familiarity with SAP is advantageous
Fluent in English
Proficient structural skills and adeptness in managing complex projects
Competent in risk management
Understanding and respect for the maritime environment, including coastguard operations, shipping, and seafaring
Proficiency in interpreting marine forecasts and understanding wind over tide principles
Familiarity with power generation terminology and language
Solid Communication and Stakeholder Management skills, able to map stakeholders and establish priorities impactful on commissioning success.
