- Starting at 12 per hour this will increase to 13 after initial training 14 per hour upon full training completion, plus a nightshift allowance of 15 per night.
- Full-time, both days and nights with 2 weeks of night shifts out of every 6 weeks.
- Great working week - Monday - Thursday either 7am/7pm or 7pm/7am.
- Permanent role for the right person.
- Paid for 46 hours a week with overtime opportunities.
- Operate Silicone Coater machines efficiently.
- Pack products with precision, including wrapping, weighing, and palletising.
- Accurately record data using our in-house computer system
- Adhere to work instructions and customer specifications.
- Prioritise tasks according to our production schedule.
- Maintain high standards of safety, waste reduction, and quality.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
- Prior machine operating experience is essential; full training will be provided.
- Background in printing is essential.
- Proficient in regular manual handling and manual dexterity
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
- IT literacy is desirable.
- Familiarity with a busy factory environment is desirable.
