- Reflective Practice: teachers are the only profession that deals with trauma without supervision - but not at Chestnut Grove We provide fortnightly RP sessions in which teachers can reflect and collectively problem-solve in order to develop coping strategies and improve their practice.

We seek an enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher to join our successful Philosophy, Beliefs and Ethics department and teach RS up to A2 level.
The subject is taught for an hour a week at GCSE and 5 hours a week at A2. The department performs well-above the national level and provides itself on offering a broad and very inclusive curriculum. All students take the subject at GCSE and the subject is extremely popular at A level, with over 40 students opting to study it.
