    Coventry is one of the 75 Local Authorities in England who has been selected to deliver services to children and families through the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme with a aim to help improve health and education outcomes for babies, children and their families.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become part of a team who will lead the way for others whilst learning and developing your own knowledge and skills. You will take an active role working with partner organisations, local communities, and residents to achieve best outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for the delivery of interventions and activities for children aged pre birth to 5 within the Family Hub Framework.

    This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

    Who are we looking for?We are seeking enthusiasticand motivated individuals who can are able to build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able tosee the life of a child using the lens of a 'whole family approach'.

    You will to have the necessaryskills to provide a service that achieves better outcomes for children, young people and their families through the development and delivery of a local integrated early help offer and services.

    You will be able to provide direct support and help to children, young people and their families through the delivery of a varied family support offer to improve outcomes for children through the delivery of the Family Hub and Start for Life Programme
