    Customer Service Advisor Bootle, LiverpoolMonday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-5pm (office based)Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm (remote)£24k-£25kIdeal Recruit are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our thriving e-commerce client within the beauty sector based in Bootle, Liverpool.

    You will work in a fully supported environment where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Providing first class customer service emails and phone calls.
    Ensuring all communication via email and social channels are handled professionallyand promptly.
    Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes.
    Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered.
    Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service.
    Achieving the key targets set.
    Adhering to quality standards and ensure consistency in all interactions.
    Weekly Reporting.


    Requirements:
    Objection handling skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Great rapport building.
    Computer literate (Word, Excel).At least 2 years' experience in customer service
    • Preferably on digital platforms.
