- Providing Physiotherapy input in managing clients with a variety of needs
- Monitoring, evaluating and modifying treatment to measure client progress
- Providing Physiotherapy input into comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment and assessment
- Discussing services and treatment options with potential clients
- Providing costing and rehabilitiation reports (recommendations to Case Managers, Insurers, primary health organisations, private organisations and/or local authorities)
- Ensuring that clients are involved in the planning and prioritisation of their rehabilitation plans wherever possible
- Providing support, consultation and advising on relevant Physiotherapy issues to clients and caregivers
- Adapting practice to meet individual patients' circumstances, including due regard for cultural, social and linguistic differences in addition to their cognitive and physical disabilities
- Demonstrating high level of clinical effectiveness by use of evidence-based practice
- You will be splitting your time between the state of the art clinic and travelling to the patients premises (home, school, etc)
- Working with different age ranges
- Studies in Physiotherapy (Undergraduate or Masters)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Experience with different age ranges and a multidisciplinary approach
- Full valid Driver's License
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience or interest in Neurological rehabilitation
- Experience with Bobath and/or Feldenkrais method is nice to have
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good documentation and organizational skills
- Employment contract
- Support for Visa between 2-4 years that can be transitioned to Permanent Resident Visa
- Relocation package for spouse/de facto partner and any dependent children under the age of 18
