    Description
    Job Description Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Europe's largest food processing businesses. Validating root cause analyses and overseeing effective corrective and preventative actions in response to NCs

    Collaborating with the FSA and other enforcement authority representatives when necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

    Building on exceptional customer relationships and ensuring management of all requests, queries, and complaints.
    Management and maintaining the QMS and Food Safety Systems.
    Regularly reviewing and reporting on cost-effectiveness, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising product safety, quality, or legality.
    Developing and improving company policies, systems, and procedures.
    Ensuring that staff receive relevant training

    Degree educated - Science based degree or equivalent training and experience.
    At least 3 years experience working in a similar role within food manufacturing or food processing
    Strong people and stakeholder management experience - Ideally working with UK retailers.
    HACCP level 3 +
