    Description

    What you will do in your working day

    Your job will be wide and varied, working with a small IT Consultancy to support our clients, this will include:
    • Working with applications that CIKNOW support to ensure they meet the clients needs
    • Working with development teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback & contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and processes
    • Maintain application documentation including; FAQ's and Knowledge Bases
    • Identify areas for process improvements through working with internal teams and stakeholders
    • Working in projects to understand existing business processes and define new ones that can be automated
    • Working on varied client projects as required and building experience in an IT Consultancy
    The training you will be getting Business Analyst Apprenticeship Level 4. The apprenticeship standard sets out the essential Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that somebody would need to demonstrate to be successful in this job role, this includes technology and industry trends across the digital sector. Apprentices will need to show they are competent in all the areas detailed in the standard when they take End Point Assessment. The Knowledge areas of the apprenticeship will be covered through completion of our dedicated training courses which have been mapped to the standard. The Skills and Behaviours are developed through the practical experience gained in the job role, workplace training and mentoring and the completion of 2 work-based projects. The Business Analyst apprenticeship equips individuals with the ability to understand the needs of stakeholders and how these can be met through business change and digital solutions.
