    Bodyshop Manager


    OTE: £75,000

    Basic Salary: £45,000


    Location: Cheltenham

    We are seeking a Bodyshop Manager for our auto repair shop to lead the team in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring profitability through a well-executed repair process - always meeting the deadlines.

    The ideal candidate will be an outgoing individual capable of delivering exceptional customer service by actively managing the service process from start to finish.

    This role involves overseeing the complete customer journey, from booking to vehicle handover.


    Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager:

    • Leading all activities at the repair center by effectively managing line managers and supervisors, focusing on achieving profits in line with the business strategy.
    • Collaborating with key team members to set performance goals and providing feedback on daily outcomes.
    • Engaging with all team members in various roles, evaluating their performance, setting goals, and planning training sessions.
    • Personally handling customer complaints promptly and fairly.
    • Ensuring adherence to housekeeping and safety regulations by the entire team.
    • Compiling accurate data and statistics for weekly and monthly reports, as well as contributing to regional meetings to identify new business opportunities.

    • Proven track record in improving site performance and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
    • Prior experience in a managerial role in a similar environment.
