    Reporting to the Financial Controller of our Scotland Region, you will work closely with our key functional departments including pre-construction, operations, and commercial across Scotland and you will partner with senior operational leads and functional heads in the provision of a lean, efficient and effective delivery and implementation of the business systems, including document control and administrative support to ensure delivery against business objectives.


    • You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence to travel across our projects, this is predominantly a site-based role.
    • You an experienced construction Document Control Manager or can demonstrate significant experience with bespoke business systems.
    • Degree, Graduate Certification)
    • Be able demonstrate an understanding of business systems/document control management and bring enhancement to current systems to help the business utilise systems to their full potential.
    • Lead, coordinate and manage performance of a team of business system controllers within a matrix management structure including managing resource levels and training.
    • Can demonstrate the ability to provide critical technical support to internal and external project teams in the creation, development, modification, and management of project documents and records that support the regional business plan.
    • Work with operational and functional leadership to continually review business systems and administrative processes to ensure they are properly implemented and remain efficient, specifically enhancing the potential of business systems within our pre-construction function.
