We are recruiting for a People Intelligence Advisor who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You will work as part of the People Intelligence, Planning and Analytics Team - the team is responsible for all staffing data and reporting in the Trust as well as looking after ESR (the Trust's HR/Payroll system).
You will also work on the data quality within the ESR system.To provide support and instruction to Trust staff/managers on the best and correct ways to use ESR (via email, MS teams calls, telephone or face-to-face).
Support the Deputy PIPA manager with the running and collation of the monthly workforce KPI data taking data from ESR and analysing/formatting it in Excel.
Be responsible for the weekly PIPA reporting schedule ensuring all reports are downloaded, formatted/analysed in Excel and sent out on time.
