We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join our client in their Engineering team based in Westbury.

Shifts:
Week 1: Monday to Friday - 07.
Week 2:
Monday to Friday plus Saturday Morning during this week you will be on call from 11pm to 7am Sunday, 3pm to 7am Monday to Thursday and 3pm till 11pm Friday, if you are called out to site you will be paid an additional amount for any hours worked at time +1/2 plus travel.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, your mission is to optimise machinery output, elevate product quality, and minimise plant downtime.
You'll achieve this through effective preventative maintenance and swift responses, all while upholding a safe and healthy environment and championing engineering best practices.
Execute engineering maintenance in alignment with the current schedule, swiftly implementing effective corrective actions.Communicate unscheduled breakdowns to the Shift Supervisor/Mill Manager, working closely with operations to minimize disruptions.
Uphold high engineering standards and hygiene practices.
Assist with PUWER, LOLER, Risk Assessments, and related tasks.
Understand and manage fire suppression systems.
Follow established escalation routes for unscheduled plant downtime and minimize it through sound engineering practices.
You will have completed an advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering and hold relevant engineering recognised qualifications along with commercial engineering experience.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical processes and assemblies along with Electrical or Welding/Fabrication experience.As a valued member of the Engineering Team, you'll find a secure, supportive, and progressive work environment.
