    Associate - Private Equity (Elite US Law Firm)

    JOB Title: Associate- Private Equity (Elite US Law Firm)

    LOCATION: London

    SALARY: From £160,000 + Bonus

    Our client is an international heavyweight with an extensive global network of clients, particularly financial institutions, and governments. The private equity team deals with cross-sections of investors including, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and high net worth individuals, and the successful private equity lawyer will enjoy a varied workload and exposure to all these sectors and clients.

    Joining a close-knit and fast-paced team, the private equity lawyer will have at least 1 years PQE and have trained and qualified with another City or top London law firm. It is essential that candidates have a stellar academic record and a strong corporate background in mainly, corporate M&A, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and restructuring listings.

    This is a huge opportunity and large platform for a talented individual to move into a highly commercial and multi-disciplinary private equity group.
