- Many IT projects follow agile or scrum methodologies, requiring the ability to work in iterative cycles and manage sprints effectively.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions and incorporate relevant innovations.
- Experience of working on enterprise-wide IT Projects and successfully managing suppliers as part of the project delivery team.
- Demonstratable experience of full end to end project life cycle delivery.
- Experience of waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Strong IT technical skills and experience with technologies running on Microsoft platforms.
- APM, PMI or PRINCE2 accreditation is desirable.
- Degree in IT related discipline is desirable.

Our head office is based at a purpose built distribution facility on Buckshaw Village in Chorley with excellent transport links to the M61 and M6 plus a mainline train station less than a mile away. The office has on site parking, shower facilities for those who brave the elements on a bike or on foot and a subsidised canteen.
We are currently operating on a hybrid working basis, there will however be a period of time at the start of your employment spent fully working in our office, familiarising yourself with our systems and processes.
