- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify opportunities and issues affecting organic search performance, and develop strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Perform advanced keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and best practices.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, and adapt SEO strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
- Analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and conversions.
- With the support of the SEO Manager and Director, act as a main point of contact for clients regarding SEO strategy, performance, and optimization opportunities, and participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Experience and knowledge across key SEO areas (technical & content optimisation), including technical audits and content recommendations
- Experience working with clients to provide excellent service
- Experience using tracking and analytics platforms (e.g. GA, GSC, Adobe Analytics) to provide insights to clients
- Ability to use SEO tools efficiently and provide insights across research, technical analysis and link management including Screaming Frog, SEMRush, MajesticSEO, getStat, etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage own deadlines and plan time effectively
- First-class written and oral communication skills
- Clear and persuasive presentation style
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong numeracy, data handling and analytical skills
- Competent standard in the use of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
- Competent Excel abilities
- Taking ownership of a collection of client accounts, immersing yourself in the brands and becoming the go-to person when it comes to SEO strategy on those brands
- Incremental performance improvements over time, driven by high-value SEO optimisations
- Increasing self-reliance, to the point at which you're able to make proactive recommendations for your clients without much oversight from your manager

As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and executing advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and increase rankings for our clients' websites. You will leverage your expertise in SEO best practices, technical SEO, content optimization, and off-page optimization to deliver outstanding results.
