Resource management is an operational function at Forvis Mazars which is focused on client delivery, risk management and developing our people.
There is a high degree of change management, process set up and independent working required in the role.Leads the annual resource planning process and adheres to ISQM1 workforce planning processes.
Manages risk and ensures resource is prioritised as appropriate;
Works with senior stakeholders to track pipeline and new wins, focusing on the resource planning & transition requirements. Manages utilisation levels and other key performance indicators;
Helps to onboard new joiners and provide training on our resource tool and operational excellence expectations.
Supports development of our people by understanding performance levels, preferences and career goals.
Workforce planning / resource deployment experience essential, ideally within a professional services / consulting environment;
Data analysis and ability to extrapolate key messages for senior stakeholders
