    The role Our client is moving towards the next phase of customer experience – evolving to delivering integrated journeys that meet customer needs traversing both online and offline channels.

    The Behavioural Analyst will form part of the Conversion Science team, playing a key role in understanding and leveraging user behaviour data from digital platforms to optimise conversion rates and drive business growth.

    This role will collect and analyse user behaviour data, identify conversion barriers, conduct customer segmentation, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation strategies.

    Collect and analyse user behaviour data across digital platforms (including websites, mobile applications, and online campaigns) to improve conversion rates.

    Use statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behaviour data.
    A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Cognitive Science, Data Science, or statistics.

    Demonstratable experience working as a Behavioural Analyst, Data Analyst, or Digital Analyst within a Behavioural / Cognitive Science team.

    Experience with enterprise-level web analytics tools such as Decible, Content Square, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
    Experience with data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
    Strong understanding of user experience principles and digital marketing concepts.
    Proficiency in statistical analysis, experiment design, and segmentation techniques.
