- Performing and Coordinating teams to enable safe and efficient product testing.
- Ensuring that all documentation is correct prior to the installation of the engine to be tested.
- Ensuring that all relevant test equipment is calibrated prior to testing.
- Ability to understand and apply Test Setting Procedures.
- Being responsible for the completion of testing documentation to a high standard.
- Liaising with supporting departments associated with testing.
- Looking for progression in liaising and performing customer witness testing with customer representatives.
- Demonstrating interest in driving continuous improvement and decarbonisation.
- HNC or Degree in electrical/mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrable experience in Testing or Commissioning.
- Knowledge of SGT products and supporting systems
- Experience in Rustronic MKII and Siemens PCS7 control systems.
- The ability to communicate at all levels and in all formats.
- I.T. skills / Digitalisation abilities.

- A proactive attitude towards fault finding and rectification.
