    ABOUT THE JOB

    As a Nutricia Community Nurse, you'll provide care for patients who are being tube-fed in their own homes. You'll build strong relationships with carers & healthcare professionals, including dietitians, GPs, and local nurses.

    This field-based position supports Adult Patients in the Brighton Area. To be considered for this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse, (RGN, RSCN or RNLD), with at least 12 months' experience and living in Brighton. You'll also need a full UK Driving License; we'll provide a company car, fuel card and a lunch allowance when you're in the field.

    Role Focus:

  • To develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from the hospital, as well as ongoing training for quality care at home.
  • Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues and troubleshooting requests.

    We'd love to see you demonstrate:

  • Your ability to work independently, whilst effectively managing your diary.
  • Your clear understanding of the UK Healthcare Market, including the NHS.
  • How you've used your excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including patients and HCPs.
  • Knowledge of enteral tube feeding is desirable, but we'll provide you with comprehensive training in this subject.
