    We are currently recruiting for a Management Liability Underwriter, to join our established and experienced Financial Risks Underwriting team here at RSA.

    Your Role

    This role involves working with selected brokers to optimise profitable growth. You will apply a range of underwriting, relationship management and business development techniques to optimise profitable business growth. This applies to new and/or existing cases within our agreed process and defined risk appetite.

    You will spend most of your time working with your selected brokers, identifying, discussing, negotiating and converting new and existing business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

    About You

    To be successful in the role of Management Liability Underwriter, you will require experience of Crime or D&O Underwriting. A broking background would also be considered.

    You will be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account.
