We're looking for a Housing Coordinator (Empty Homes) to join our Voids team in Peterborough .
About the role and person:
Always motivated to achieve brilliant standards of service, our Housing Coordinators (Empty Homes) liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our homes are ready for their new tenants to move into. This involves juggling changing priorities, confirming that contractors are working to agreed timeframes to complete works, ensuring up to date certifications and other key data such as before and after photos are logged into our asset management system. Moving into your new home should be an exciting experience but it can be a stressful time for customers when things are delayed so it's important that you're organised and provide regular updates where agreed timescales cannot be met. Strong communication skills, planning and accuracy skills are key.

Location
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Peterborough office as this post requires you to be on-site at least 2 days a week. Travel to other offices will be required once a quarter.
Salary
The spot salary for this post is £28,228 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
