    From September 2024 we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated professional, with drive and ambition, to contribute to the whole school teaching and learning development programme in our innovative and exciting MAT. The successful candidate will join the Teaching and Learning team and will become a key leader within this team. The role will focus on the development of teaching expertise across the English Faculty with additional responsibilities for more able and KS4 achievement within English and involvement in the literacy across the curriculum agenda as required. It will be classroom based but without the requirement to take on specific curriculum management responsibilities. The salary is LP1 – LP5 on the Leading Practitioner scale and additional remuneration is possibly available for an exceptional candidate.
