    Commercial Delivery Recruitment Consultants:

    PE Global is in search of Commercial Recruiters to join the team and help expand the delivery capabilities in the Energy Tech sector. As we gear up for growth, we need recruiters to assist in large-scale international recruitment campaigns.

    Recruitment experience in Back office, Corporate, Accountancy/Finance, and Legal roles is a must.

    Duties of the role

    • Sourcing candidates globally from passive and active markets using traditional and innovative methods
    • Maintaining a talent pool aligned with client needs
    • Engaging with clients, leading client interactions, and managing accounts
    • Owning a specific technical area, enhancing expertise, and knowledge
    • Swiftly responding to client requests
    • Enhancing social media presence and creating engaging content
    • Providing top-quality service to clients and candidates
    • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish for candidates
    • Maintaining high conversion rates
    • Understanding the sector with specialized knowledge in relevant areas
    • Proactive and professional approach to recruitment

    Education/Experience

    • Previous experience in recruitment agency or high-volume project recruitment, ideally in the energy sector
    • Essential - Experience in recruiting for Legal, Corporate, Back office/Operations, Finance & Accountancy roles
    • Managing multiple roles simultaneously with time-sensitive deadlines
    • Utilizing various methods to attract top talent
