- Ensuring customers renew their software licences.
- Reporting issues to the Operations Director.
- Previous business development experience.
- Empathetic with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- You will be a strong team player.
- Ability to work under pressure situations.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with outstanding critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. A background in marketing and/or internal communications advantageous.
- Experience with SaaS preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable working alone.
- A strong communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a positive attitude.
- IT literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

- Salary from £32,500 - £50,000 OTE
- 25 days annual leave in addition to 8 bank holidays

Our internal communications email software is used in organisations from 2 to 45,000 employees and provides email creative, employee engagement and detailed email analytics.
We are looking for someone who can help us ensure our accounts get a high standard of service throughout their time with us. Working within a dedicated, skilled team of people who care about making sure our users get the right support, you will play a key part in giving everyone a great experience.
You will report directly to the Operations Director on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for dealing with day-to-day support from our clients, helping them get the most out of the platform, identify opportunities and troubleshooting any problems that are encountered. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their own success, our clients' success and our success as a business.
