    Are you a proven Analyst with Financial Services experience looking to progress in the world of Model Risk Management? We are recruiting an experienced model validation professional to support the Skipton Group to manage model risk.

    The MRM team play a strategically important role through the provision of a model risk framework and the delivery of model validation exercises.

    You will drive all validation activity across the data science lifecycle, from data quality monitoring to model design, statistical performance assessment, deployment and monitoring.

    Validation approaches will include desktop review, re-performance of statistical performance tests and creation of challenger models.

    Participating in short term virtual teams via a matrix management approach and provide technical guidance and support to other business areas as required.

    Excellent Data Science skills, covering the full spectrum of the analytics lifecycle.

    An ability to critically analyse and validate complex statistical models across a range of business areas, utilising a balance of business and regulatory knowledge combined with statistical rigour.

    An advanced user of at least one of Excel, SAS, Python, R or SQL, with an aptitude and enthusiasm for learning other analytical tools.
