Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Cover Supervisor to join our team in Sevenoaks. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing classrooms when teachers are absent. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the education and development of our students while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure that students remain engaged and focused on learning activities.
Distribute and collect class materials and homework assignments as instructed.
Implement behavior management strategies as necessary to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
Communicate effectively with teachers and other school staff regarding classroom activities and students' progress.
Follow school policies and procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and with different age groups.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
