    Reports To:
    Production Manager

    Responsible for (Direct reports): Powder Coating Team
    Annual Leave: 20 days increasing to 25, plus Bank Holidays, plus Birthday taken as leave if it falls on a working day

    Within our new £6m facility in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, we have the best in hi-tech systems designed to minimise any manual lifting, make our processes flow seamlessly and enable us to produce the highest quality door products.

    As part of that growth project, we are growing the number of our employees.

    To contribute to and manage the work of the Power Coating Team, to ensure quality of product andachievement of KPI's, whilst adhering to qualityprocesses and Health and Safety protocols.

    Help lead the Powder Coating Team by example by promoting a safe, clean, and tidy working environment.
    Help ensure that all outputs are "Right First Time".
    Carry out Toolbox Talks with the Powder Coating Team.
    Liaise with other Team Leaders on the shift.
    Support the Senior Management Team.
    Quality statistics.
    Basic planning and organisation skills.
    Ability to follow powder coating procedures.
    Ideally FLT License.
    Powder Coating experience.
    ~ Previous experience supervising a Powder Coating Team.
    ~ Flexible approach.
    ~ Quality-minded.
    ~ Discretionary Company Sick Pay, following 6 months service.
