- Actively engaging with the executive team to facilitate negotiations and ensure adherence to commercial agreements, contracts, and Power Purchase Agreements.
- Spearheading Financial Due Diligence processes, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- A proven track record as an FD/CFO within the renewable energy or electric vehicle charging sector, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in managing finance functions amidst periods of growth and organizational expansion.
- Expertise in negotiating and enforcing commercial contracts within the renewable energy landscape.
- Prior experience in a private equity or venture-capital backed business is essential.
- Strong leadership skills in conducting Financial Due Diligence processes and navigating exit sale scenarios in collaboration with external partners.
