- 5+ years' background in a similar position with solid senior finance experience in Lending / FinTech

What You'll be doing
mcl is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to run our finance team, and work closely with our collections, risk and marketing teams - reporting directly into our CEO.
You will be responsible to:
Execute the company's financial strategy
Model out and monitor various strategies
Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
Ensure full transparency over the company's financial performance
Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
Present financial reports on a monthly basis and a more in-depth on a quarterly basis
Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
Coordinate and produce all tax documentation and accounts as required
Cash Flow requirements and assist the CEO in the raising of finance
