    Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

    • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or skilled Chef de Partie ready for progression
    • Shows a love for delivering quality, globally inspired food with fresh ingredients
    • Has a curiosity for new food trends and is excited to experiment with innovative culinary methods and ingredients
    • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a dedicated work ethic, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks
    • Works effectively as part of a team, collaborating well with kitchen staff for seamless operations
    • Maintains exceptionally high standards and meticulous attention to detail in all food aspects
    • Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and advancing in the culinary field

    Sous Chef Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service
    • Ensure consistent food quality throughout production and service, following hygiene and safety regulations
    • Comply with all hygiene, food safety, and health and safety standards to maintain a 5-star rating
    • Support the Head Chef in meeting Gross Profit targets and financial objectives
    • In Head Chef's absence, oversee and train kitchen staff in food prep, cooking techniques, and safety protocols
    • Set a positive example during service, maintaining high standards and smooth operations
    • Promote a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and morale in the kitchen
