Description

I am currently working with a privately owned Developer that focus on large scale, Mixed-Use schemes in London. They are looking for a Development Analyst to join their team to support the Senior Investment Manager and the wider Development team.

The role would see you create financial models to support new acquisitions as well as existing Developments, as well as driving the development and delivery of reports to capital partners and stakeholders. The company are based in central London and offer flexible working.

The Development Analysts key responsibilities include:

Creation and management of financial models
Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of schemes to inform decision making
Develop and maintain strong relations with Capital Partners
Assist in creation and delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders.

The Development Analysts will need to:

Have a degree or masters, in Real Estate or Finance
Have a strong understanding or Real Estate Development
Have at least 2 years' experience advising or working on London led Developments, ideally residentially led
Solid experience in Excel and knowledge of Argus Developer and other appraisal tools would be beneficial. Ability to build financial models from scratch would be welcomed.

Salary and Benefits

£40,000 - £45000
Discretionary Bonus
