My client is the market leader in the provider of workwear in the UK, Europe and globally. With an annual turnover in excess of £300Ml, thy operate across 5 locations globally, with 4 major brands and a staff of over 800.
The role of Telesales Manger is key to support with sales growth and will work alongside the eCommerce team and commercial directors to drive activity. Day to day you will be managing a team of 3 sales executives to include their performance reviews and appraisals as well as overseeing and managing the quality and volume of outbound calls, new customer acquisitions and sales lead generation for the wider team. You'll manage the day to day workloads of the team, setting objectives and monitoring KPI's. You'll be highly analytical providing weekly and monthly reports to the business on team performance and activity. This is by no means exhaustive but will give you a good picture of the day to day responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in telesales and will have previously managed small teams where you've been responsible for setting and monitoring KPI's. You have excellent analysis and reporting skills and be highly results driven and goal orientated. Any exposure to the workwear industry or similar would be highly advantageous as would B2b experience.
