- Working alongside the Ecommerce Team and Commercial Directors to ensure that Telesales activities support the wider Ready to Wear Strategy
- Oversee and manage both the quality and volume of outbound calls, new customer acquisition and sales lead generation for the wider Sales Team
- Managing day to day workload within the Telesales Teams, setting objectives and monitoring key deliverables Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and maximise alternative ordering methods beyond the website, utilising lookbooks and secure-order electronic transfer
- Assist in the development and execution of the Telesales strategic plan
- Ensure the team are adequately trained both in system and product to competently fulfil their responsibilities.
- Day to day motivation and management of a team of Telesales Executives as well as carrying out performance reviews and appraisals with the Team
- Oversee selected Ready to Wear customers with desk top office-based Account Management
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting to the business on the Team performance
- Complete detailed analysis of activity and use business reporting systems to support data generation for the team to work on – such as existing Client databases
- Ensure the agreed CRM approach is implemented effectively and maintained to a high standard
- When appropriate, support the Team in making outbound calls to existing or new customers.
- Telesales management experience
- Experience in cold calling, warm calling and prospecting experience
- Excellent reporting and data analysis skills
- Goal and results driven individual – deliver with pace
- Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel
- Experience in effectively managing a CRM system
- Workwear or garment industry experience
- Sector appropriate experience
- Experience managing remote Teams
- B2B sales experience
- Responsive to change in a growth-oriented environment
- Customer facing sales role(s)
- Mi Time Policy (after training is complete)– minimum 2 days in the office, finish early on a Friday rota basis (3pm) and flexi your time and building up an extra half days annual leave per month. Also, grab a free tea and coffees whenever you are in the office
