    Job Overview

    Alexandra is the market leading provider of workwear in the UK with a 160-year history and Royal Warrant. The business is expanding its proactive customer interaction and specialist telesales function. By joining Alexandra, you will become part of the Mi Hub Group with our sister brands, Dimensions, Yaffy and Affinity.

    This role is key to Alexandra's success as you will support sales growth via our Ready to Wear garment portfolio. We expect you to drive the telesales activity within your team by building a deep understanding of the garments in the Ready to Wear range, the sales strategy, and the targeted financial goals.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Working alongside the Ecommerce Team and Commercial Directors to ensure that Telesales activities support the wider Ready to Wear Strategy
    • Oversee and manage both the quality and volume of outbound calls, new customer acquisition and sales lead generation for the wider Sales Team
    • Managing day to day workload within the Telesales Teams, setting objectives and monitoring key deliverables Key Performance Indicators
    • Develop and maximise alternative ordering methods beyond the website, utilising lookbooks and secure-order electronic transfer
    • Assist in the development and execution of the Telesales strategic plan
    • Ensure the team are adequately trained both in system and product to competently fulfil their responsibilities.
    • Day to day motivation and management of a team of Telesales Executives as well as carrying out performance reviews and appraisals with the Team
    • Oversee selected Ready to Wear customers with desk top office-based Account Management
    • Provide weekly/monthly reporting to the business on the Team performance
    • Complete detailed analysis of activity and use business reporting systems to support data generation for the team to work on – such as existing Client databases
    • Ensure the agreed CRM approach is implemented effectively and maintained to a high standard
    • When appropriate, support the Team in making outbound calls to existing or new customers.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

    Essential

    • Telesales management experience
    • Experience in cold calling, warm calling and prospecting experience
    • Excellent reporting and data analysis skills
    • Goal and results driven individual – deliver with pace
    • Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including Excel
    • Experience in effectively managing a CRM system

    Desirable

    • Workwear or garment industry experience
    • Sector appropriate experience
    • Experience managing remote Teams
    • B2B sales experience
    • Responsive to change in a growth-oriented environment
    • Customer facing sales role(s)
